Surface to be smooth and free from laitance, protrusions, dust and loose material. Any defects to be rectified.

Thoroughly wash with high pressure water jet and leave surface damp (particularly in temperate zones) for application. Free-lying water should be removed.
Application of the first coat of LATICOTE is to be completed using a stiff brush , ensuring it is integrated with the substrate at a coverage rate of 0.6kg/sq.m. Should an exposed system be required, fiberglass mesh is to be bedded into the first coat, prior to it drying.

The second coat of LATICOTE to be applied at a rate of 0.6kg/sq.m by roller, soft brush or suitable spray equipment, preferably the same day. In hot climates this may be only 2-3 hours after application of the first coat. Heavy footwear should be removed to protect the first coat. Application should be made at right angles to the first coat

LATICOTE is supplied in 20kg steel drums.

LATICOTE can be stored in unopened drums in a cool, ventilated area for at least 12 months.

LATICOTE is non-toxic and totally hazard-free, though consumption is not advised. As a standard precaution, it is best kept away from children.
